本文通过测定分析9个毛竹种源春笋养分含量,结果表明:不同种源春笋各种养分含量不同,经分析,湖北武汉种源春笋含氨基酸、淀粉、还原糖较高;而安徽霍山种源最低,其它种源养分含量居中。相关分析认为,春笋含水率与各因子关系显著;淀粉含量与纬度、笋最大直径关系显著。
In this paper, the nutrient content of bamboo shoots in nine provenances were analyzed. The results showed that the nutrient contents of different types of bamboo shoots were different. According to the analysis, the amino acids, starch and reducing sugars of spring bamboo shoots were higher in Wuhan, , Other sources of nutrients in the middle. Correlation analysis showed that the moisture content of bamboo shoots had a significant relationship with various factors; the starch content had a significant relationship with latitude and maximum diameter of bamboo shoots.
