针对金属塑性成形过程数值仿真技术的重要环节──有限元网格再划分技术进行了深入地研究.提出了一种全自动4节点四边形网格生成方法,就再划分技术中的一系列算法和技术处理方法进行了详尽的分析,并将这种再划分技术用于模锻成形过程的数值模拟.
Aiming at the important part of the numerical simulation technology of metal plastic forming process, the finite element mesh re-division technology is deeply studied. A fully automated 4-node quadrilateral mesh generation method is proposed. A series of algorithms and technical processing methods in the re-segmentation technology are analyzed in detail. The re-division technique is applied to the numerical simulation of the die forging process.
