分析了湖北省汽车客运站的发展现状,依据“四优四化”(即创建优质设施、优美环境、优良秩序和优秀品牌,实现工作程序化、服务规范化、管理科学化、行动军事化)建设目标,构建了基于服务质量的汽车客运站综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各指标权重;根据评价指标的特性,采取定性和定量相结合的方法对考核内容进行细分,构建了湖北省汽车客运站评分细则,并给出了综合分值的算法,进而确定综合评价等级。
