从根本上来说,人才的竞争才是企业之间的竞争,近些年来,越来越多的企业都已经意识到了企业人力资源在现代的企业发展和生存过程中所占有的重要地位,并且很多企业都已经开始着手探索积极、有效的员工培养模式,旨在能够提升企业自身的核心竞争力,本文中,笔者主要从企业员工培训的现状出发,分析企业员工培训存在的问题,并且将TQM引入企业的员工培训之中去,对基于TQM的企业员工培训质量提升策略进行了探讨。
Fundamentally speaking, talent competition is the competition among enterprises. In recent years, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of human resources in modern enterprise development and survival, and many Enterprises have started to explore positive and effective staff training mode, aimed at enhancing their own core competitiveness. In this paper, the author mainly from the status quo of enterprise staff training, analysis of the problems existing in the training of staff, and the introduction of TQM Enterprise staff training to go on, based on the TQM enterprise staff training quality improvement strategy were discussed.
