县域工业园区是县域经济发展的驱动力,科学合理评价县域工业园区竞争力,并找出各县域工业园区不足之处非常关键。通过归纳国内外学者观点,同时结合江西实际,建立了衡量县域工业园区竞争力的指标评价体系。运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,以九江地区11家县域工业园区为研究对象,对其竞争力进行了测算,结果发现:各县域工业园区竞争力总体相对较弱,其中综合竞争力共青城经济开发区最强,彭泽工业园最弱,且不同工业园区的优劣势不同。
County Industrial Park is the driving force of county economic development. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of the competitiveness of County Industrial Park, and find the county industrial park deficiencies is the key. By summarizing the views of domestic and foreign scholars and combining with the reality of Jiangxi Province, an index evaluation system to measure the competitiveness of county industrial parks has been set up. Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, taking 11 industrial parks in Jiujiang as the research object, the competitiveness of each industrial park in the Jiujiang area was measured. The results showed that: the competitiveness of industrial parks in all counties was relatively weak, The strongest economic development zone, Pengze Industrial Park is the weakest, and different industrial parks have different strengths and weaknesses.
