采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)的方法在500、550℃和30 MPa的条件下,烧结制备以Ti3SiC2为增强相的Ti3SiC2/Al复合材料,研究增强相的体积分数(1%~10%)和烧结温度对复合材料的组织结构、密度、硬度和摩擦性能的影响。研究表明:Ti3SiC2能够有效增强Al,当烧结温度为550℃、Ti3SiC2体积分数为5%时,增强效果最佳,复合材料的相对密度和维氏硬度达到99.5%和29.8;摩擦因数随Ti3SiC2含量的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势;当Ti3SiC2体积分数为5%时磨损机理主要以磨粒磨损为主,摩擦因数达到最小值,约为0.3。
