以往制作拉筋、鼓包类零件,先用一套模具落料引伸成平底直桶零件,然后引伸整形。但图1所示的零件,料薄(0.1毫米),零件的深度与料厚比值很大,材料几乎不可变薄。我们试验了将钢模和聚氨酯模配合使用,先用图2a所示的模具落料引伸成图2b所示的凸球状端面。先计算确定适当的R、H值,将端部成形所需的材料储存在凸R球处,然后用图2c所示的敞开式聚氨酯模具反向引伸成形。利用聚氨酯弹性体的特点,顺利的将材料推到填补处去,制出了合格产品。制件棱角清晰,表面光洁度高。其操作过程为: 1.对模首先将图2所示的模具下部置于冲床工作合上,放松螺帽,使压边圈下落,冲头模才能插入凸模内,此时夹紧冲柄,压紧下座,调整退料板的高度,拧紧螺帽(引伸中调压边力),开启模(开动冲床)工作。
