论述了浆浓和筛选操作参数对筛选效率的影响;比较了Microvortex Cobra Screen和楔型网筛(筛缝0.12~0.25mm,断面高度0.6mm、1.2mm)的筛选效率。结果表明,对于OCC浆,浆浓为2%时浆料通过率最大;不同的浆料,筛选效率均在浆浓为2%或3%时开始降低;低断面楔型网筛比高断面楔型网筛的筛选效率高,这主要是由于粒子在筛板断面上的滑动及与筛板断面接触,使筛除污染物(胶黏物和聚乙烯膜)比筛除柔性纤维更有效。对所有筛选结果的进一步分析表明,当筛板入料口长纤维浓度超过约1%时,筛选效率开始降低;浆料絮聚对筛选效率有不良影响。
The effects of slurry concentration and screening operation parameters on the screening efficiency were discussed. The screening efficiency of Microvortex Cobra Screen and wedge-shaped mesh sieve (0.12 ~ 0.25mm, 0. 6mm, 1.2mm) was compared. The results showed that the slurry passing rate of 2% slurry was the highest for OCC slurry. The filtration efficiency of different slurry decreased when the slurry concentration was 2% or 3% The screening efficiency of the sieve is high, which is mainly due to the particles sliding on the sieve section and the contact with the sieve section, so that the sieve pollutants (stickies and polyethylene film) are more effective than sieving the flexible fibers. Further analysis of all the screening results showed that the screening efficiency started to decrease when the long fiber concentration in the inlet of the frit exceeded about 1%; and the flocculation of the slurry had an adverse effect on the screening efficiency.
