研究了新合成试剂4-(4,5-二甲基噻唑偶氮)-1,3-二氨基甲苯(DMTADAB)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应及其配合物在溶液中的质子化行为.实验表明,在pH为6.5~9.5范围内试剂与钴(Ⅱ)定量配合,加入适量强酸时配合物非但不被破坏反而形成一种颜色较前更深的蓝绿色配合物,使其灵敏度和选择性都有所提高.该配合物的λmax=600nm,表观ε600=9.1×104,钴(Ⅱ)浓度在0~10μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律.从而建立了一种测定钴(Ⅱ)的新体系.
The color reaction of the new synthetic reagent 4- (4,5-dimethylthiazolylazo) -1,3-diaminotoluene (DMTADAB) with cobalt (Ⅱ) and the protonation behavior of the complex in solution . Experiments show that when the pH is in the range of 6.5-9.5, the reagent and the cobalt (Ⅱ) are quantitatively combined. When a proper amount of strong acid is added, the complex not only is not destroyed but instead forms a darker cyan complex than the former, Sensitivity and selectivity have increased. The λmax of the complex was 600 nm, the apparent ε600 was 9.1 × 104, and the Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 10 μg / 25 mL for cobalt (Ⅱ). Thus a new system for the determination of cobalt (Ⅱ) was established.
