人类活动增洪增沙作用分析是黄河中游水沙变化研究中的一个重要问题 ,也是一个薄弱环节。分析了开荒、开矿、修路、过度放牧等人类活动对河流泥沙的影响及其增洪增沙的机理 ,并计算了晋西北地区 8条入黄一级支流 1970~1996年人类活动的增洪增沙量。结果表明 :人类活动增洪量占水保措施总减洪量的近 3 % ,增沙量约占水保措施总减沙量的 9% ,这在一定程度上抵消了水土保持治理的成果
Analysis of flood and sediment-enhancing effect of human activities is an important issue in the study of water and sediment changes in the middle reaches of the Yellow River and also a weak link. The effects of human activities such as land reclamation, mining, road building and overgrazing on river sediment and its mechanism of increasing flood and increasing sediment were analyzed, and the increase of human activities in the first tributary of the Yellow River in Northwest of Shaanxi from 1970 to 1996 was calculated Flood by the amount of sand. The results show that the flooding of human activities accounts for nearly 3% of the total flood-relief measures and the sediment-carrying capacity accounts for about 9% of the total sediment-reducing measures of water and soil conservation measures, which to a certain extent offset the results of soil and water conservation management
