Light hydrocarbon distillation plant through the people-oriented, sophisticated management, family integration, full participation of the multi-angle penetration, the safety philosophy into employee conscious safety behavior, for 14 consecutive years to achieve safety in production. Since its establishment in 1992, the Light Hydrocarbon Fractionation Plant of Daqing Petroleum Administration Chemical Group Light Hydrocarbon Fractionation Branch has achieved safety production for 14 consecutive years and reached a safe production level of 5,000 days. The company was named as “Safety Cultural Construction Demonstration Base” by China National Petroleum Corporation. A chemical industry with 137 static and dynamic equipment, 2035 various types of valves, 15,590 static sealing points, why can sit tight in the “crater” for 14 years? How miracles are produced?
