随着全球经济环境的波澜起伏,竞争越来越残酷,企业管理者需要进行管理创新,运用新一代员工关系管理方法,调动全体员工智慧推动企业发展。本文首先分析了现行企业激励机制存在的问题,其次,从给部属足够的授权;搞好职业生涯规划,强化人才的归属感;完善企业员工考评方法;建立与现代企业制度相适应的企业薪酬制度;对企业员工实行股权激励等方面就如何加强人力资源管理的有效激励进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
With the ups and downs in the global economic environment, the competition is getting more and more cruel. Managers need to innovate their management, use a new generation of employee relationship management methods, and mobilize the wisdom of all employees to promote the development of the enterprise.
