目的了解中小学校长职业倦怠的状况及其与人格特征的关系,为预防和降低中小学校长职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用职业倦怠量表和简式艾森克人格问卷对黔西南州160名中小学校长进行调查。结果不同性别的中小学校长在情绪衰竭和低成就感上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄阶段的中小学校长在情绪衰竭、人格解体和职业倦怠总体上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同学历的中小学校长在情绪衰竭和职业倦怠总体上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除低成就感外,内外向(P<0.05)和神经质(P<0.01)可以显著预测中小学校长的职业倦怠水平。结论预防中小学校长的职业倦怠时,应当考虑人格特征对其职业倦怠的影响作用。
Objective To understand the relationship between job burnout of primary and secondary school principals and personality traits, and to provide basis for preventing and reducing occupational burnout of primary and secondary school principals. Methods A total of 160 primary and secondary school principals in Qianxinan Prefecture were surveyed using the Job Burnout Scale and the simplified Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. Results Primary and secondary school principals of different genders had significant differences in emotional exhaustion and low accomplishment (P <0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in emotional exhaustion, personality breakdown and job burnout between primary and secondary school principals of different ages P <0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in emotional exhaustion and burnout between primary and secondary school principals with different qualifications (P <0.05) It can significantly predict the job burnout level of primary and secondary school principals. Conclusion When preventing the burnout of primary and secondary school principals, we should consider the impact of personality characteristics on their job burnout.
