在0Cr17不锈钢熔模铸造的浇注及凝固过程中施加垂直方向的机械振动,并与未振动试样进行对比,研究不同的振动频率和振幅对晶粒尺寸及力学性能的影响。结果表明,相同振动频率时,随着振幅的增大,晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度增大;振幅较低时,随着振动频率的增加,晶粒尺寸变化不明显;振幅较大时,随着振动频率增加,晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度增大。最佳的振动参数是振动频率为35Hz、振幅为4mm,其细化率为66.7%,抗拉强度比未振动试样高出9.3%。
In the 0Cr17 stainless steel investment casting casting and solidification process imposed by the vertical direction of the mechanical vibration and non-vibration samples were compared to study the different vibration frequency and amplitude of the grain size and mechanical properties. The results show that with the same vibration frequency, the grain size decreases and the tensile strength increases with the increase of amplitude. When the amplitude is low, the grain size does not change obviously with the increase of vibration frequency. When the amplitude is large As the vibration frequency increases, the grain size decreases and the tensile strength increases. The best vibration parameters are the vibration frequency of 35Hz, the amplitude of 4mm, the refinement rate of 66.7%, the tensile strength of 9.3% higher than the non-vibration samples.
