喉部分切除术后，相应的解剖结构发生改变，患者在一定时间内的生活方式发生相应改变，呼吸、吞咽、发音、复发是术后关乎患者手术效果和生存质量最为重要的四个随访指标，对其的随访观察有利于术后进一步治疗和康复。电子喉镜是继间接喉镜、硬管喉镜、纤维喉镜后出现的新型诊断工具，其直观、方便、经济、动态、全面、可直接取病理等优点使其成为喉部分切除术后随访筛查的重要工具之一，本文即以电子喉镜对喉功能及复发的观察特点做一综述，为耳鼻喉医生同道共鉴。“,”After partial laryngectomy, the corresponding anatomical structure is changed, and the lifestyles of patients within a certain period change accordingly. Breathing, swallowing, pronunciation and recurrence after surgery are the most important four follow-up indexes which are related to patients’ surgical effectiveness and quality of life. Follow-up is beneficial to further treatment and re-habilitation after surgery. Electronic laryngoscope is a new diagnostic tool following the indirect laryngoscope, tube laryngoscope and fi-ber laryngoscope. Its advantages, being intuitive, convenient, economic, dynamic, comprehensive and directly accessible to the pa-thology etc. , make it one of the important follow-up tools for screening after partial laryngectomy. This essay will summarize the obser-vational characteristics of electronic laryngoscope for laryngeal functions and recurrence which can be shared by ENT doctors.
