为了解决潜在事故条件下路网交通救援多响应问题,提出了一个优化的应急救援资源派遣方法.用车辆行驶时间代替传统方法中的行驶距离作为路段权值,以真实反映交通状态对救援资源派遣决策的影响;依据不同种类救援车辆行驶特征修正派遣决策时间,表现了不同种类救援车辆派遣方式的差异性;使用遗传算法获得了所建救援资源派遣模型的优化解.应用案例结果表明,所提方法能够根据当前与潜在事故所需资源种类和数量的变化,准确揭示潜在事故对救援成本的影响,并获得潜在事故响应的路网优化派遣方案,具有工程适用性.
In order to solve the multi-response problem of road network traffic rescue under the potential accident conditions, an optimized dispatching method of emergency rescue resource is proposed, which uses the travel time of the vehicle instead of the travel distance in the traditional method as the road section weight to dispatch the rescue resources The dispatch decision-making time is modified according to the driving characteristics of different types of rescue vehicles, which shows the disparity of dispatching methods for different types of rescue vehicles.The genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution of the dispatched rescue resources model.Application case results show that, The method can accurately reveal the impact of potential accidents on the rescue costs and obtain the potential network optimization dispatch plan based on the changes of the types and quantities of resources required for the current and potential accidents, and has engineering applicability.
