提出了激光热处理温度场和相变硬化带计算的简易模型,并给出试验及实际应用的结果,同时验证了该模型的正确性和实用性。分析了硬化层分布不均匀的原因,提出满足硬化层均匀分布应优化控制激光参数的方法和条件。
A simple model for calculating the temperature field and hardening zone of laser heat treatment was proposed. The experimental and practical results were given. The correctness and practicability of the model were also verified. The reason of the uneven distribution of the hardened layer was analyzed. The method and conditions for optimizing the controllable laser parameters to meet the uniform distribution of the hardened layer were proposed.
