分析柴油机润滑油中磨耗元素的浓度,是及时掌握柴油机运用状态的有效方法。结合我国各机务段的现有条件,试验成功一套测定润滑油中磨耗元素的方法。这是一种先灰化油样,然后采用原子吸收和分光比色相结合的测定方法。它最低能测出一个或几个ppm的元素含量,基本上能满足机务段对润滑油分析的要求。一年多来,用这一方法分析了26台东风4型和10台ND_2型内燃机车柴油机的600个油样,测定了东风4型机车柴油机润滑油中的铁、铜、钼、铝、锡、硅、镁元素的含量和ND_2型机车柴油机润滑油中的铁、铜、铅、锡、硅、铬、铟元素的含量。
Analyzing the concentration of wear elements in the diesel engine oil is an effective way to grasp the status of the diesel engine in time. Combined with the existing conditions of our locomotive depot, we successfully test a set of methods for determining the wear elements in lubricating oil. This is a first ashing oil sample, and then use atomic absorption spectrophotometry combined with the determination of the method. It can measure the content of one or a few ppm elements at a minimum, basically meeting the requirements of the locomotive segment for lubricating oil analysis. In the past year, 600 oil samples from 26 Dongfeng 4 and 10 ND 2 diesel locomotives were analyzed by this method. The contents of iron, copper, molybdenum, aluminum and tin in diesel engine lubricating oil of DF4 locomotive were measured. , The content of silicon and magnesium and the contents of Fe, Cu, Pb, Sn, Si, Cr, and In in ND2 locomotive diesel oil.
