当前,我国的高考加分政策是在机会均等原则的基础上,兼具“奖励”和“补偿”两种不同的价值取向的政策。在现实中,逐渐形成了以奖励为主、补偿为辅的局面,进一步拉大了不同阶层、地区和社会群体间在高等教育入学机会上的差距,加剧了高考制度的不公平,也激化了社会矛盾。因此,只有调节这两种价值取向的比重,重构以针对弱势群体的补偿性加分政策为主的高考加分政策,才能促进高考制度的公平性,实现我国教育的公平化、多元化发展。
At present, the college entrance examination bonus policy in our country is based on the principle of equal opportunity and has two different values-orientation policies, “reward” and “compensation”. In reality, the reward-based and the compensation-supplemented forms gradually formed, further widening the gap between different social strata, regions and social groups in higher education enrollment opportunities, exacerbating the unfairness of the college entrance examination system and intensifying the Social conflicts. Therefore, only by adjusting the proportion of these two values and reconstructing the college entrance examination plus points for disadvantaged groups, we can promote the fairness of college entrance examination system and achieve the fairness and diversification of education in our country .
