In order to free the secondary school from the closed “batch production” and “modeling” education environment, Beijing’s reformist figure in the Chinese education sector and 11-year school principal Ji Jinchu proposed collaborative teaching reforms to the Department of Education at Beijing Normal University, hoping to focus on “comprehensive “Development, solid foundation, good learning, and good personality.” This idea coincides with the ideas of scholars and professors. They believe that activity courses have great potential for turning students into one-sided development caused by the uniqueness of the subject curriculum.
