圆环链传动广泛应用于矿山机械,在外界工作情况恶劣、冲击与振动较大的工况条件下,承受交变载荷的圆环链啮合链窝处的磨损会急剧增加,导致断链和断齿,从而造成矿井生产事故。鉴于该实际工程问题,笔者通过虚拟仿真软件Solid Works对圆环链进行建模,并通过ANSYS对圆环链进行实时瞬态动力仿真分析,为圆环链传动机构的改进及设计研究提供可靠的理论分析依据,对减少圆环链传动过程的损伤具有实际性的意义。
