采用正交实验设计,以室内模拟实验的方法,研究栽培食用菌后的培养料(菌糠)施入保护地土壤,在菌糠用量、土壤湿度和培养时间三因素作用下,对土壤微生物区系及细菌、放线菌和真菌数量的影响。结果表明:施用菌糠能够显著改善土壤的微生物区系,使细菌比例增加、真菌比例减少;在菌糠施用量、土壤湿度和培养时间三试验因素中,影响菌糠改良保护地土壤效果的最为活跃的因素是土壤湿度。
