记者张家成通讯员王春阳报道北京市住房和城乡建设委员会近日就北京市《房屋登记工作规范(试行)》修订稿向社会公开征求意见。修订稿简化了房屋登记程序。对于新建商品房,修订稿规定,购房人可以自行办理新房房产证。房地产开发企业完成房屋初始登记后,应当在房屋登记部门办理房屋转移登记备案手续,将企业应当提交的身份证明、委托书等申请材料事先一次性提交给登记部门。过去,如果办理房屋赠与手续,必须先进行公证才能办理。修订稿取消了这一要求。房屋赠
Reporter Zhang Chia-ching, Correspondent Wang Chunyang Beijing Municipal Committee for Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently made public comments on the revised version of “Beijing Housing Regulatory Commission (Trial)”. The revised version simplifies home registration procedures. For new commercial housing, the revised draft provides that buyers can apply for a new home real estate license. After completing the initial registration of a house, the real estate development enterprise shall go through the formalities of house transfer registration and filing in the house registration department and submit the application materials such as identity certificates and power of attorney submitted by the enterprise to the registration department in advance.
