采用化学成分分析、断口宏观检查、金相检验、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等方法对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢波纹管膨胀节早期断裂的失效原因进行了检验和分析。结果表明:该不锈钢波纹管膨胀节的断裂属脆性断裂,其早期断裂的主要原因是波纹管材料固溶处理不当,晶界存在大量网状碳化物导致其塑性降低,从而使得材料在较大变形时容易产生早期断裂。
The failure causes of early fracture of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel bellows expansion joint were tested and analyzed by chemical composition analysis, macroscopic fracture inspection, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the fracture of the stainless steel bellows expansion joint belongs to the brittle fracture. The main reason of the early fracture is the improper solution treatment of the corrugated pipe material and the large amount of network carbides in the grain boundary, which leads to the decrease of plasticity, When prone to early rupture.
