本文基于知识生产函数的模型框架,对上海外商直接投资、人力资本与技术扩散之间的关系进行协整检验。结果显示,FDI对上海技术扩散有抑制作用,人力资本对上海技术扩散有积极作用。在长期发展中,外商直接投资增加1%,上海科技成果减少0.1314%。人力资本增加1%,上海科技成果增加分别为0.9889%。外商直接投资、人力资本对上海科技成果的影响在第2年达到最大,方向两者相反,然后随时间推移逐渐减少。教育水平对科技成果的影响在第3年达到最大。
Based on the model framework of knowledge production function, this paper conducts a cointegration test on the relationship between Shanghai FDI, human capital and technology diffusion. The results show that FDI has an inhibitory effect on the diffusion of technology in Shanghai and human capital has a positive effect on the diffusion of technology in Shanghai. In the long run, foreign direct investment increased by 1% and Shanghai’s scientific and technological achievements decreased by 0.1314%. Human capital increased by 1% and Shanghai’s scientific and technological achievements increased by 0.9889% respectively. The impact of foreign direct investment and human capital on Shanghai’s scientific and technological achievements reached their maximum in the second year, with the opposite directions and then gradually decreasing over time. The impact of education on science and technology reached the maximum in the third year.
