建设上海“两个中心”是新的历史时期党中央、国务院着眼于全国发展大局作出的重大决策部署。宁波积极主动参与上海“两个中心”共建,是推动宁波经济转型发展和合作发展的必然要求,也是互利之策、共赢之举。宁波应主动分担参与上海“两个中心”建设更多更大的责任。基本构想是围绕一个目标,坚持一个立场,实现一个基本要求,为促进长三角区域一体化发展和早日建成上海“两个中心”的目标作出不懈的努力。
The construction of Shanghai’s “two centers” is a major policy decision made by the Central Party Committee and the State Council focusing on the overall development of the country in the new historical period. Ningbo actively takes part in the co-construction of Shanghai and “two centers”, which is an inevitable requirement for Ningbo’s economic restructuring and development. It is also a policy of mutual benefit and a win-win solution. Ningbo should take the initiative to share the participation in Shanghai “two centers ” to build more and greater responsibilities. The basic idea is to work around a goal, stick to one standpoint, fulfill a basic requirement, and make unremitting efforts to promote the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the early establishment of the “two centers” in Shanghai.
