随着改革开放进程的日益加深,我国各行各业的发展速度也在不断提升。国有企业作为我国特有的企业结构,其在面对现代化市场经济时也做出了重大的转型。虽然转型后的国有企业更加符合现代市场发展规律,但是在采购管理工作方面仍然存在较为明显的问题。本文即是对国有企业的采购管理工作进行研究,探讨了国有企业采购管理工作中存在的隐患问题,并阐述了相应的改良措施,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
With the deepening of the reform and opening up process, the pace of development of all walks of life in our country is also on the rise. As a peculiar enterprise structure in our country, state-owned enterprises have also made great changes in the face of the modern market economy. Although the state-owned enterprises after the transition are more in conformity with the laws governing the development of the modern market, there are still obvious problems in purchasing management. This article is to study the procurement management of state-owned enterprises, explore the potential problems in the procurement management of state-owned enterprises, and expound the corresponding improvement measures in order to provide reference for the related work.
