以铬铁矿砂和酚醛树脂为主要原料获得覆膜砂,再将其固化的工艺制备导热绝缘复合材料。用扫描电子显微镜、导热分析仪、热膨胀仪和电子万能实验机对复合材料的微观形貌、导热性能、热膨胀性能和抗弯强度进行了表征。结果表明,当树脂含量为7.0 wt%时,导热绝缘复合材料的热导率最高为1.6 W/(m·K),且由粒径为33μm的铬铁矿砂制备的导热绝缘复合材料热导率高于15μm的铬铁矿砂制备的复合材料热导率,热膨胀系数随着树脂含量的增加略有增加,抗弯强度则随树脂含量的增加先增加再降低。
Chromite sand and phenolic resin as the main raw material to obtain coated sand, and then the curing process for the preparation of thermal insulation composite material. The morphology, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion and flexural strength of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermal analysis, thermal dilatometer and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that when the resin content is 7.0 wt%, the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive composite is up to 1.6 W / (m · K), and the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive composite prepared from the chromite ore with the grain size of 33 μm The thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of the composites prepared with chromite ore higher than 15μm increased slightly with the increase of the resin content, while the bending strength increased first and then decreased with the increase of the resin content.
