密封元件是液力变矩器的重要零件。现有石油钻机液力变矩器所采用的密封为接触式密封,这种密封的可靠性差,密封元件的寿命短。密封元件损坏后,液力变矩器就漏油,漏油会使工作油过热,而过热则会进一步促使密封元件的损坏加剧,从而会导致液力变矩器失效。因此,改进密封方式,提高密封元件的可靠性并延长其使用寿命,是解决液力变矩器漏油和“发烧”问题,从而提高液力变矩器工作效率的关键。
The sealing element is an important part of the torque converter. The seal used in the existing oil rig torque converter is a contact seal, which has poor reliability and short life of the sealing element. After the sealing element is damaged, the torque converter leaks oil, the oil will overheat the working oil, and overheating will further promote the damage of the sealing element, which will result in failure of the torque converter. Therefore, to improve the sealing method, to improve the reliability of the sealing element and to prolong its service life is the key to solve the problem of oil leakage and “fever” of the torque converter and improve the working efficiency of the torque converter.
