Objective To investigate the relationship between menopausal age and physiological, pathological and psychological factors in women with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-two patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into two groups according to their median menopause age> 50 years (A) and ≤50 years (B). Detect and analyze related physiological, biochemical and psychological indicators. Results Body mass index in group A was significantly higher than that in group B. Hips, body mass index (HDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were positively correlated with menopausal age (P <0.05). Gensini score, which reflects the degree of coronary artery stenosis, was negatively correlated with menopause age. Hips, HDL-C, and fasting plasma glucose are independent predictors of menopause. Conclusion Hips, HDL-C and fasting blood glucose are the independent influencing factors of menopausal age in women with coronary heart disease. The severity of coronary lesions in the late menopause tends to decrease.
