用核酸序列分析技术,测定1例乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阴性中国人感染的乙型肝炎病毒HBV/adw亚型全基因组序列。该变异株全序列为3224个碱基,与从同一地区2例HBsAg阳性携带者得到的adw和adr全序列的同源性分别为98.0%和92.5%,与已出版的A—E基因组比较,进行了病毒的系统树分析。该变异毒株除在外膜基因A决定簇前有9个碱基插入外,在多种调控元件,包括启动子SPI、SPII、CP、XP、增强子ENI和ENII,均无独特的变异点。
One nucleotide sequence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) / adw subtype of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative Chinese was detected by nucleic acid sequence analysis. The full-length variant of this variant was 3224 bases, which shared 98.0% and 92.5% identity with the full-length sequences of adw and adr from two HBsAg positive carriers in the same area respectively. Compared with the published A- E genome, a systematic phylogenetic analysis of the virus was performed. The mutant had no unique mutation in many regulatory elements including promoter SPI, SPII, CP, XP, enhancers ENI and ENII, except for a 9 base insertion in front of the outer membrane A determinant.
