近年来,我们先后引进60多个品种、400多份国内外大麦资源材料,开展了杂交育种、辐射诱变、引种筛选、系统选育等工作,现已选出适于我省冬播的阿恩特13,春播的系选15、秀79-2、84鉴5、浙啤1号等啤酒大麦良种.据试验,这些品种亩产326公斤以上,高产地块春播亩产451.9公斤,比早熟3号增产16.9～41.6%,千粒重40～45克以上,蛋白质含量为10.12～11.15%,品种符合部颁一级至优级啤酒大麦标准.
In recent years, we have successively introduced more than 60 varieties and more than 400 domestic and foreign barley resources and materials. We have conducted crossbreeding, radiation mutagenesis, introduction screening, systematic breeding and so on. Ente 13, spring sowing selected 15, show 79-2,84 Kam 5, Zhejiang Beer No. 1 and other beer barley varieties.According to the test, these varieties per mu yield 326 kg, high-yield plots spring sowing 451.9 kg, more than the precocious 3 increased 16.9 ~ 41.6%, grain weight 40 ~ 45 grams or more, the protein content of 10.12 ~ 11.15%, the varieties meet the ministerial level to the best beer barley standards.
