后现代管理发轫于后现代主义哲学与社会理论,其理论旨趣是对现代管理进行基础性反思与批判。后现代管理批判现代管理中的理性霸权,倡导非理性解放;反对管理的中心性主体,倡导主体离心化;批判管理中的普遍主义,强调差异性与偶然性;反对管理研究中的价值无涉,倡导价值介入;批判逻辑实证主义在管理研究中的主导地位,倡导多元话语分析;反对现代组织的机械隐喻,倡导后现代组织形态。后现代管理的真正价值不在于解构而在于重建现代管理理论。研究后现代管理,并不是要摒弃一切现代管理理论,而是应该寻求现代管理与后现代管理两者之间的整合路径以进行优势互补。
Postmodern management has its origins in the postmodernist philosophy and social theory. Its theoretical interest is to conduct a fundamental reflection and criticism of modern management. Postmodern management criticizes the rational hegemony in modern management, advocates irrational liberation, opposes the central subject of management, advocates the decentralization of subject, criticizes the universalism in management, emphasizes the difference and contingency, opposes the value of management research, Advocating value intervention; criticizing the dominant position of logical positivism in management research, advocating multi-discourse analysis; opposing mechanical metaphor of modern organization and advocating post-modern organizational form. The true value of post-modern management does not lie in deconstruction but in rebuilding modern management theories. To study postmodern management is not to abandon all modern management theories, but to seek the path of integration between modern management and post-modern management so as to complement each other’s advantages.
