目的分析对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者实行饮食干预的影响。方法将我院于2011年3月至2013年3月收治的96例妊娠糖尿病住院患者分为实验组与对照组,每组48例,实验组依据患者个体情况设计饮食干预方案,对照组开展常规健康教育,由医护人员给予患者口头饮食指导。观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖值、餐后2小时的血糖值与糖化血红蛋白水平,并对两组结果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者空腹血糖值,餐后血糖值显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。实验组患者糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实行饮食干预可以显著改善患者血糖水平,有利于患者血糖控制的恢复,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of diet intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 96 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus hospitalized from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The experimental group designed the diet intervention program according to individual patients, and the control group received routine Health education, given by the health care staff oral diet guidance. The fasting blood glucose level, blood sugar level and HbA1c level at two hours postprandial before and after treatment were observed in two groups. The results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Glycosylated hemoglobin level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Dietary intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve blood glucose levels in patients with glycemic control is conducive to the recovery, it is widely clinically widespread.
