近来有报告Thioproline 在培养基里可恢复HeLa氏细胞的接触性抑制,且可使瘤细胞逆转为正常细胞;对人体表皮样肿瘤,Thioproline 亦有效。本文报告Thioprolire 用于头颈部晚期表皮样肿瘤的Ⅱ期研究结果。本组病例共22例,男19例女3例,平均年龄58岁。肿瘤部位为口咽部癌7例、咽下部癌1例,喉癌3例、鼻窦癌2例、口腔癌7例、下唇癌1例。既往未治疗8例,余14例曾行手术或放化疗。Thloproline 的投给剂量为40～60 mg/公斤 Recently, Thioproline has been reported to restore the contact inhibition of HeLa cells in culture medium and to reverse tumor cells to normal cells. Thioproline is also effective for human epidermoid tumors. This article reports the results of a Phase II study of Thioprolire for advanced epidermoid tumors of the head and neck. There were 22 cases in this group, including 19 males and 3 females, with an average age of 58 years. The tumor sites were 7 cases of oropharyngeal cancer, 1 case of hypopharyngeal cancer, 3 cases of laryngeal cancer, 2 cases of sinus cancer, 7 cases of oral cancer, and 1 case of lower lip cancer. There were no previous treatment in 8 cases, and the remaining 14 cases had undergone surgery or chemotherapy. The dose of Thloproline is 40-60 mg/kg
