研究了人工授粉条件下 6个遗传背景差异较大、纯合度高的陆地棉亲本的异交亲合力及杂交铃主要性状差异。结果表明 ,不同基因型间的异交亲和力差异很大 ,杂交成铃率在41 4%~ 83 8%之间 ,平均杂交种产量 1 2 2 5 5~ 2 2 5 7 5kg/hm2 ;杂交铃与其母本自交铃相比 ,铃重降低幅度 1 61 %~ 2 0 75 % ;衣分降低 7 1 4%~ 1 0 62 % ;籽指提高 2 86%~8 33%。指出棉花杂交种筛选应在确保杂种优势的前提下 ,进一步加强亲本的异交亲和力及杂交铃主要性状选择 ,最大限度提高杂交制种产量和质量 ,降低制种成本。
The results showed that there were significant differences in heterophilia and glyphosate between Ginkgo biloba and Gossypium hirsutum cultivars in Gossypium hirsutum L. under artificial pollination. The results showed that there were significant differences in heterosexuality among different genotypes. The rate of hybridization bolls was between 41 4% and 83 8%, and the average hybrid yield was between 122 52 and 225 7 5 kg / hm 2. Compared with the self-bred self-bred parents, the boll weight reduction ranged from 61% to 2075%, the litter percentage decreased from 71.4% to 1062%, and the seed index increased from 2 86% to 833%. It is pointed out that under the precondition of ensuring heterosis, the selection of cotton hybrids should further strengthen the outbreeding affinity of parents and the selection of main traits of hybrid boll, and maximize the yield and quality of hybrid seed production and the cost of seed production.
