美国最早创办综合高中,迄今为止,综合高中在美国有九十多年的历史,在课程设置方面有了较为成熟的经验。美国综合高中课程的特点,从课程性质来看,分为核心课程、一般选修课程和活动课程,侧重为学生自由转轨提供基础;从学生毕业导向来看,分为职业课程、学术课程、普通课程,强调为学生就业、升学、生活做准备;从课程提供的主体来看,分为州定课程、校外课程、校本课程,突出学区对课程资源的统筹和共享。
As the earliest comprehensive high school in the United States, so far, the Comprehensive High School has a history of more than 90 years in the United States and a relatively mature experience in curriculum development. According to the nature of the curriculum, the characteristics of the American comprehensive high school curriculum are divided into core courses, general elective courses and activity courses, focusing on providing the basis for students ’free transition. According to the students’ graduation orientation, they are divided into occupation courses, academic courses and general courses , Emphasizing the preparation for students’ employment, further studies and life. According to the subjects provided by the courses, they are divided into state-bound courses, off-campus courses and school-based courses, which emphasize the co-ordination and sharing of curriculum resources.
