为什么我们的绩效总是提不高?为什么我们的目标总是无法实现?为什么员工们总是有那么多的抱怨?为什么员工们不能更努力地工作?为什么员工们不愿意承担更多的工作?为什么员工们总是东拉西扯、家长里短而不把精力更多地用于工作?为什么付了这么高的工资、待遇这么好而仍然有人要跳槽?为什么总有人提出这样那样的问题而没有人为解决问题出谋划策?为什么有的人头脑非常聪明而绩效总是平平?为什么有的人总是吃里爬外?……这样的问题每天都能听到,好像永远也解决不了。其实问题不在员工身上,而在于企业的制度本身。我们的绩效考核存在问题!
Why does our performance always fail? Why are our goals always unachievable? Why do employees always have so many complaints? Why do employees not work harder? Why are employees not willing to take more jobs? Why do employees always pull in the east, their parents are short and don’t use more energy for work? Why did they pay such a high salary, they did a good job and people still have to change jobs? Why do people always ask questions like this without anyone? Solve problems and make suggestions? Why do some people have very clever brains and the performance is always flat? Why do some people always go outside? ... This kind of problem can be heard every day, as if it can never be solved. In fact, the problem is not the staff but the system itself. There is a problem with our performance assessment!
