采用α-干扰素放免试剂盒对进口药品肝灵素片作效价测定,并与厂附检测结果、“细胞病变抑制法”检测结果作对照比较。实验表明本法具有方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好的特点。
The α-interferon radioimmunoassay kit was used for the determination of the potency of the imported drug Ganoderma lucidum tablets. The results were compared with those of the factory attached test results and the cytopathic effect inhibition test. Experiments show that the method has the advantages of simple method, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
