高中地理新课改过程中新老教师处境不同,新教师应更多继承优秀地理的教学传统、快速成长,老教师更应革新观念、顺应潮流,最终共同推动地理教学的发展。
In the process of new curriculum reform in high school geography, new and old teachers are in different situations. New teachers should inherit more and more excellent teaching traditions and grow rapidly. Old teachers should innovate their ideas and adapt to the trend so as to jointly promote the development of geography teaching.
