目的:建立通脉口服液中阿魏酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇:水:冰醋酸(40:60:1)为流动相,流速为1ml·min~(-1),于323nm波长处测定。结果:阿魏酸在0.05~1.02μg范围内呈线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.4%(n=5)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,用于通脉口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Tongmai Oral Liquid. METHODS: The chromatographic column Zorbax SB-C_(18) (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase with methanol:water:acetic acid (40:60:1) as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1 ml·min~(-1). Determined at 323nm wavelength. RESULTS: Ferulic acid showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.05-1.02 μg. r=1.000 0. The average recovery was 99.8%. RSD was 1.4% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and used for the quality control of Tongmai Oral Liquid.
