目的掌握达州市流行性腮腺炎发病强度和流行特征,为制定防控对策及评价实施效果提供准确依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对达州市疾病监测信息管理报告系统的2005—2013年流行性腮腺炎病例进行分析。结果达州市2005—2013年流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率为14.31/10万;男性年均报告发病率为17.78/10万,女性年均报告发病率为10.63/10万,男女报告发病数性别比为1.78∶1,男性和女性流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3~14岁年龄组流行性腮腺炎报告发病数占87.68%;学生、幼托儿童、散居儿童报告流行性腮腺炎发病数分别占流行性腮腺炎报告发病总数的62.94%、19.76%、11.01%;通川区流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率为24.90/10万,渠县流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率为10.58/10万,各区、县流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);4—7月报告发病数占全年报告发病数的59.54%。结论该市学生和学龄前儿童是流行性腮腺炎高发人群。应加强学校和托幼机构传染病防治管理工作;加强卫生宣传和健康教育工作;加强流行性腮腺炎疫情动态监控;做好流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情的应急处理。
Objective To understand the intensity and epidemic characteristics of mumps in Dazhou and provide an accurate basis for making prevention and control measures and evaluating the implementation effect. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the cases of mumps from 2005 to 2013 in Dazhou DMRS reporting system. Results The average reported incidence of mumps in Dazhou from 2005 to 2013 was 14.31 / lakh. The average annual incidence of mumps was 17.78 / lakh in males and 10.63 / lakh in females. Conclusions The city’s students and preschool-aged children are at high risk of mumps. The prevention and control of communicable diseases in schools and nurseries should be strengthened; health promotion and health education should be strengthened; the dynamic monitoring of the epidemic of mumps should be strengthened; and emergency treatment for the outbreak of mumps should be done.
