5月31日,武汉市国家税务局召开税收科研工作会议,动员全局干部切实加强调查研究,多出调研精品,服务税收中心工作,推进税收征管改革。国家税务总局科研所所长曾国祥出席会议,并就当前税收征管改革的有关问题作了专题报告,强调要科学准确地理解征、管、查三分离,积极稳妥地推进以城市为中心的税收征管改革。 On May 31, the State Taxation Bureau of Wuhan held a meeting on taxation scientific research to mobilize the cadres in the whole world to earnestly intensify investigation and research, make more efforts in researching taxation services for quality products and services, and push forward tax collection reform. Zeng Guoxiang, director of the Research Institute under the State Administration of Taxation, attended the meeting and gave a special report on the current tax collection and administration reform. He emphasized that scientific and accurate understanding of the separation of tax collection, administration and inspection should be adopted and that the city-centered tax collection should be actively and steadily promoted reform.
