在家校共育的引领下,让儿童真正享受快乐的童年

《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出,幼儿园应与家庭、社区密切合作,与小学相互衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴,幼儿园应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。此外,家长还是幼儿园工作的评价者。可见,家园共育是幼儿园工作中的不可忽视的部分,幼儿园、家庭等各方合力,最终的目标是促进儿童成长。在2015年的全国家园共育现代化学术研讨会上,中国学前教育研究会理事长、南京师范大学教授虞永平表示,破解这一世界性的难题,迫切需要政府、社会、幼儿园以及众多家庭的共同努力。家长把孩子送到幼儿园,不是交出了抚育儿童的责任,而是家长有幸遇到了专业的合作者,来共同抚育儿童的成长。教师接纳孩子,意味着接纳促进孩子成长的责任和义务,同时教师必须坚信,只有与家长协调配合,与家长建立有效的协同体,才能真正促进儿童的健康成长。虞永平认为,家园共育应该遵循儿童的生命发展规律,关注儿童的兴趣和需要,关注儿童的能力和可能,关注儿童的意愿和期待的方向发展,应当远离小学化、成人化,让儿童在特定的年龄做该做的事,做到既不无视儿童的需要,也不揠苗助长。他呼吁,在家园共育现代化理念的引领下,让更多的儿童远离提前教育、考级教育和“特长”教育,让更多的儿童能真正享受快乐而充实的童年。 The Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial) pointed out that kindergartens should work closely with families and communities to link up with primary schools and utilize various educational resources in an integrated manner to jointly create favorable conditions for the development of young children. At the same time, teachers must be convinced that only by coordinating with parents and establishing effective synergies with parents can children’s healthy growth be truly promoted. Yu Yongping believes that home-based co-education should follow the laws of children’s life and development, pay attention to children’s interests and needs, pay attention to children’s abilities and possibilities, and pay attention to children’s wishes and expectations. They should stay away from primary schooling and adultization, The age of doing this thing, so that they do not ignore the needs of children, not helpless. He called for more children to enjoy happy and fulfilling childhood under the guidance of the concept of modernization of family education, and to allow more children to stay away from education in advance, test and grade education.
