本文介绍一种用于彩色金相的新浸蚀剂——酸化了的钼酸钠和偏重亚硫酸钠的混合液。探讨了该浸蚀剂的着色原理、研究了淬火20钢在该浸蚀剂中表面各相的色彩随薄膜厚度的增加而变化的规律,并介绍了配制和使用方法。试验表明:该浸蚀剂性能稳定,使用方便,着色快而且色泽鲜艳,能用于区分淬火低、中碳钢的 M—F 双相组织,也能用于区分钢的多相组织,对分辨微量组织和复杂组织有明显效果。
This article describes a new etchant for colored metallography - a mixture of acidified sodium molybdate and sodium metabisulfite. The coloring principle of the etchant was discussed. The law of the color of each surface of quenched 20 steel in the etchant changing with the increase of film thickness was studied. The preparation and application of the method were also introduced. The results show that the etchant has the characteristics of stable performance, convenient use, rapid coloration and bright color. It can be used to distinguish the M-F dual-phase microstructure of quenched low and medium-carbon steels, and can also be used to distinguish the multiphase microstructure of steel, Trace organizations and complex organizations have a significant effect.
