490发动机上采用湿式缸套,有时发生缸套掉头的故障(缸套从台肩下面断裂),造成冷却水进入气缸,排气管向外喷水,甚至使发动机无法工作。据我们初步分析,产生缸套掉头的原因有:1.缸盖螺栓螺母拧紧扭矩过大(要求按10~11公斤·米扭矩均匀依次上紧)。当超过15公斤·米时,容易压掉缸套头。2.气缸垫错装。我厂产490发动机有干式和湿式两种型式的缸套,所用缸垫也有两种。干式缸套用缸口孔径为91毫米的干式气缸垫;湿式缸套用缸口孔径为99毫米的湿式气缸垫。当干式气缸垫错装
490 wet cylinder liner on the engine, sometimes lead to the case of U-turn failure (liner under the shoulder from the rupture), resulting in cooling water into the cylinder, the exhaust pipe to the water jet, or even make the engine unable to work. According to our preliminary analysis, there are several reasons why the cylinder liner is turned around: 1. The tightening torque of the cylinder head bolts and nuts is too large (it requires 10 ~ 11 kg · m torque to be tightened in sequence).
