近年来各种新型蜗杆传动在世界范围内取得不断进展,79年7月蒙特利尔五届国际机器与机构理论联合会(IFTOMM)代表会议纪要中曾提出,应将特殊蜗杆传动型式的发展,以及传统圆柱蜗杆传动的应力模式有关数据的获取,作为今后重点研究方向。为此,本文试图对近代蜗杆传动的类型、基本形成原理及特性等作一全面综述。在阐明常见的圆柱蜗杆传动类型的基础上,讨论近代已广泛应用的锥形圆盘刀具圆柱蜗杆传动、弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动和全啮出圆柱蜗杆传动的形成原理及其特性;进而重点介绍和论述各种新型环面蜗杆传动(直线型、平面型、渐开面型一次及二次包络环面蜗杆传动)以及锥蜗杆传动的形成原理及其特性;文末并提出了提高蜗杆传动承载能力的措施和方向;以供从事机械设计的科技人员参考。
In recent years, various new-type worm drives made continuous progress worldwide. In July 1979, during the minutes of the representative conference of IFTOMM in Montréal, it was suggested that the development of the special worm drive type as well as the traditional Cylindrical worm gear drive mode of stress-related data acquisition, as the future focus of research. Therefore, this article attempts to make a comprehensive review of the types, basic forming principles and characteristics of modern worm drive. On the basis of clarifying the common type of cylindrical worm drive, this paper discusses the forming principle and characteristics of cylindrical worm drive, arc-tooth cylindrical worm drive and full-meshing worm drive, which have been widely used in modern times. Discusses a variety of new toroidal worm drive (linear, planar, involute type primary and secondary enveloping worm drive) and the formation of the cone worm drive principle and its characteristics; the end of the paper and put forward to improve the worm drive carrying capacity Measures and direction for scientific and technical personnel engaged in mechanical design reference.
