目的:探析综合防制管理体系在提升铁路病媒生物防控与监管效果方面所发挥的作用。方法:分别从全国已经和未曾建立综合防制管理体系的城市中各抽取20个作为A组与B组,通过问卷调查的方式了解评价综合防制管理体系在铁路病媒生物防控与监管方面效果。结果:A组各城市的铁路局由于实施了病媒生物防制的综合防治管理体系,所用防制经费为(5.2±1.3)万元,20个城市的所有铁路局中,发生臭虫侵袭的平均次数为(0.10±0.01)次,两项结果均低于B组各城市的铁路局。A组病媒生物防制方面的工作人员占所有铁路局总工作人员比例的21.25%,而B组所占比例为9.21%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合防制管理体系的建立有利于铁路病媒生物防控与监管相关工作的开展。
Objective: To explore the role of integrated prevention and control system in enhancing the effectiveness of vector control and monitoring of railway vectors. Methods: Twenty cities were selected as group A and group B respectively from 20 cities in China, which have not established integrated control and management system. The questionnaires were used to understand and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated control and prevention system in the prevention and control of railway vector diseases effect. Results: In the A group, the railway bureaus of cities in the A group implemented the comprehensive prevention and control system for vector control, with the funding of prevention and control of (5.2 ± 1.3) million yuan. The average incidence of bed bug attacks among all the railway bureaus in 20 cities (0.10 ± 0.01) times. Both results were lower than those of the railway bureaus of cities in Group B. Group A had 21.25% of the total staff of all railway administrations in the field of vector control, compared with 9.21% in group B, with a significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control system is conducive to the development of railway vector control and supervision.
