手、足、口病(Hand foot and mouthdisease)简称HFMD。国内近几年已有流行,现将我科1983年5～8月间在广州沙河区所见26例报告如下。 本组病例大部分为幼儿园幼儿,年龄1(1/2)—5岁,男17例、女9例;病程3～15天。 前驱症状:14例有轻度感冒样症状。 初发症状:低热15例,39℃以上2例;以口痛为主诉16例,以手足起疱疹20例。 皮疹形态与分布:全部患儿手掌、足底均有米粒至绿豆大的红色扁平丘疱疹及灰白色椭圆形水疱,多少不一;其中8例在手背、4例
Hand, foot, mouth disease (Hand foot and mouth disease) referred to as HFMD. The domestic has been popular in recent years, now our department in 1983 May to August in Shahe District, Guangzhou, 26 cases are reported as follows. The majority of this group of kindergarten children, aged 1 (1/2) -5 years old, 17 males and 9 females; duration of 3 to 15 days. Prodromal symptoms: 14 patients had mild cold-like symptoms. Initial symptoms: 15 cases of fever, 39 cases of more than 2 cases; mainly to mouth pain in 16 cases, 20 cases of hand, foot and herpes. Rash morphology and distribution: All children with palms, plantar feet are mung bean large red flat herpes and oval white blisters, how many different; 8 cases in the back of the hand, 4 cases
