针对UC轧机提出了一种新的全局板形控制方法 ,即前馈串级复合控制方法 .其中前馈控制有效地消除全局板形控制系统的耦合影响 ,而串级控制改善了控制系统的性能 .在串级控制系统中 ,内环采用自校正控制 ,而外环采用带有Smith预估的PID控制方法 ,这些措施提高了控制系统的抗干扰性能 ,并且克服了时滞对系统性能的影响 .
A new global shape control method is proposed for UC mill, that is, feedforward cascade combination control method, in which feedforward control can effectively eliminate the coupling effect of global shape control system, cascade control improves the performance of control system In the cascade control system, the inner loop adopts the self-tuning control, while the outer loop adopts the Smith-estimated PID control method, which improves the anti-jamming performance of the control system and overcomes the influence of the delay on the system performance .
